MessageLoops is the omnichannel communications module within a broader SaaS CRM and business-management platform. These terms govern use of MessageLoops and related integrations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their communications, contact data, campaigns and connected assets are used lawfully and that required permissions and consents have been obtained. The service must not be used for unlawful messaging, spam, harassment, fraud, policy circumvention or unauthorized access.
Features may depend on third parties such as Meta/WhatsApp, cloud providers or other integrations. Customers remain responsible for applicable third-party terms, eligibility, approvals and charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users must protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
Features may change, be suspended or be unavailable for security, compliance, provider-policy, technical or operational reasons. Meta-related functionality may remain unavailable until required Meta verification, App Review and permission approvals are completed.

הלקוחות אחראים לכך שהתקשורת, אנשי הקשר, הקמפיינים והנכסים המחוברים ינוהלו כחוק ובהתאם להרשאות ולהסכמות הנדרשות. אין להשתמש בשירות לספאם, הטרדה, הונאה, עקיפת מדיניות או גישה בלתי מורשית.
יכולות מסוימות תלויות בשירותי צד ג' כגון Meta/WhatsApp, ספקי ענן ואינטגרציות נוספות. הלקוח אחראי לתנאים, לזכאות, לאישורים ולחיובים של צדדים שלישיים אלא אם הוסכם אחרת בכתב.
